Louis Francis personally met with clients, conducted interviews, and prepared critical family law petitions. Early services focused on Dissolution of Marriage, Child Support Modification and  Visitation Requests, with a commitment to community empowerment. Today, Strategic Planning 2 has evolved into a powerhouse of HANDS ON COURT LITIGATION EXPERIENCE, offering document preparation across: 1. Probate ( i.e.  Conservatorship and Guardianship matters. ) ; 2. Family Law; 3. Civil Litigation; 4. Administrative Law; 5. Criminal Law for Habeas Corpus Petitions and; 6. Constitutional Law. We also handle DMV Appeals and Petitions for Writ of Mandates. We serve clients from around the State of California and a couple overseas, maintaining a reputation for getting RESULTS. Our refund policy is simply: if a filing is rejected and cannot be cured by amendment, we refund in full. In over 3 decades, only one refund has ever been issued.
